Masahiro has experience in the combined area of technology, business and law, as a consultant and as a practicing attorney. He joined Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture Japan Ltd.) in 1996, where he was involved in business process structuring and information system development. In 2000, he participated in the establishment of Skylight Consulting Inc. where he served as a project manager in planning and application of information system.

He passed the Bar Examination and joined the Legal Training and Research Institute in 2007, after graduating from Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of Law, and joined Uchida & Samejima Law Firm in 2009. He is working on intellectual property litigation and advising technology corporations on intellectual property related strategies, focusing on information system related laws.

He graduated from Nagoya University in 1994 (Bachelor of Engineering). He completed master's degree program at Nagoya University Graduate School of Engineering Research in 1996.
