Junya has experienced the combined area of technology, business and law as a system engineer and as a practicing attorney. He worked on research and development of microprocessor and e-commerce system at FUJITSU LIMITED from 1997. He passed the Bar Examination in 2004 and joined the Legal Training and Research Institute in 2005. He joined Uchida & Samejima Law Firm as a practicing attorney in 2006. At Uchida & Samejima Law Firm, he focused on IT-related laws to IT corporations.
He graduated from Waseda University in 1995 (Bachelor of Science and Engineering). He graduated from Waseda University Graduate School of Science and Engineering in 1997 (Master of Science and Engineering).
