Hitoshi attended　Kyoto University Law School from 2004 to 2007. In 2009, he passed the Bar Examination and joined the Legal Training and Research Institute. He joined Uchida & Samejima Law Firm in 2011.

In 2009, he passed the examination policy secretary In 2003, he passed examination for first-class civil(Ⅳ) In 2003, he graduated from Yokohama City University, sperm development (Bachelor of Science). In 2004, he left　Master Course of Graduate School of Synthetic Science (molecular pharmacology), Yokohama City University. In 2007, he graduated from Kyoto University Law School (Juris Doctor).
